A profitable finish. A risk breach on the way.
Daily resets, open-position losses and maximum drawdown can change the outcome before the final PnL is known.
STRATEGY RESEARCH. BEFORE THE RISK.
A profitable journal is a starting point. Replay the trades, pressure-test the rules, and see what survives after fees—before committing to another paid prop challenge.

THE PART A PROFIT CURVE MISSES
The right question is bigger than “did it make money?”
Would it survive the rules—and would anything reach your pocket?
Daily resets, open-position losses and maximum drawdown can change the outcome before the final PnL is known.
Qualifying days, consistency conditions and progression rules matter alongside the profit target.
Challenge purchases, payout eligibility and the trader’s split tell a different story from trading PnL alone.
FROM A JOURNAL TO AN ANSWER
Follow your strategy through the full attempt. Keep the baseline clear, then ask what would change with different sizing and assumptions.
Choose a strategy and its timeframe. Review the recorded entries and exits behind the performance.
Select a supported challenge, model the fee and follow the strategy through attempts, stages and simulated payouts.
Open a challenge’s calendar, inspect the failure day, and compare sizing scenarios separately from the original result.
Progress against the selected target
Intraday loss relative to the limit
Open the trade. Review the evidence.
In the app, select a day to see the trades, entry/exit charts and associated challenge number.
Realized trade results after modeled trading costs.
Simulated payouts + refunds − challenge purchase fees.
Evaluation-stage profits are paper performance. They do not automatically become a payout.
MAKE THE ECONOMICS VISIBLE
Use a full replay to examine whether a strategy’s modeled payouts justify its challenge purchases. A smaller position size can change the path; the ledger shows the cost of finding out.
Connect an AI platform through OAuth MCP to inspect results, adjust journal parameters and evaluate scenarios. Keep each saved result and its assumptions reviewable.
ONE STRATEGY. DIFFERENT RULEBOOKS.
Start with the profiles available today. Our roadmap expands the same trade-by-trade review across major prop firms, with each firm’s own targets, loss limits, stage requirements and payout rules.

Official firm information ↗Need different assumptions today? Custom firm replay settings are available for manually configured rules.
More major firms are planned. Named future profiles are not yet implemented; a custom replay is not a verified substitute for a firm’s complete rulebook.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Inspect the path, the assumptions and the cost—not just the headline return.
No. It models historical trades against selected rules and assumptions. A numerical target is not a funding approval, and a simulated payout is not money received from a prop firm.
Replay existing journals against the available HyroTrader presets or custom firm assumptions. Review challenge attempts, daily and total loss limits, stage targets, modeled costs, payout events, personal cash and entry/exit chart evidence.
Yes. Save what-if scenarios with reduced sizing and reductions after wins or losses. Scenarios remain separate from baseline results so you can see which assumptions produced each outcome.
Results depend on the recorded trades, cached market coverage and selected rules. Missing price evidence is identified rather than invented. Historical simulations can differ from future execution, liquidity, slippage and a firm’s own assessment.
They are on the roadmap. Firm-specific profiles and cross-firm comparisons will be added as their rules are researched and implemented. The availability labels above distinguish current features from planned work.
Yes. The research MCP server uses OAuth and supports journal analysis, strategy parameter editing and scenario evaluation. It does not grant live exchange trading or withdrawal permissions.
